Green ICT Technology Co., Ltd is a rapidly growing company operating in the ICT sector. We specialize in the development of custom software applications, Web sites,  and software and IT maintenance outsourcing services. Due to our continuous business expansion, we are now seeking qualified candidates to fulfill the position of:

Customer Support Officer–(2 Positions)–Based in Phnom Penh

Responsibilities

• Install software and systems and verify they are working correctly
• Train customers on the use of our products
• Provide ongoing technical support to customer, both over the phone and in person
• Monitor the development of projects to ensure they are completed on time and meet the client’s requirements
• Contact clients on a regular basis to ensure that they are happy with their solutions, and determine if they are interested in purchasing upgrades or other products or services
• Keep customer information up to date
• Be the voice of the customer within our organization—ensure that internal teams are aware of customers’ needs and problems
• Assist development team with software and systems testing
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations for customers
• Assist management in determining company strategy, goals, and sales methods
• Assist in organizing sales and marketing meetings and events

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or higher in either accounting or an IT-related field from a recognized university, or 4+ years professional work experience
• At least 1 year of education or professional work experience in accounting
• At least 1 year of education or professional work experience in IT
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, QuickBooks, other accounting systems)
• Flexible about work hours or other job details, as required by business demands
• Good spoken and written English language capability
• Loyalty, honesty, persistence, and a positive attitude
• Able to interact with people from varied cultural backgrounds
• Good attention to detail
• Able to learn new things very quickly
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
