Web Developer-Programmer–(2 Positions)–Based in Phnom Penh

Responsibilities

• Analyses existing or proposed projects and requests to determine the feasibility for technical adaptation.
• Designs systems; detailing procedures to be followed by users; revises and creates departmental forms for data processing applications or manual procedures; prepares system and data flow diagrams; translates problem statements into programming definitions.
• Documents all phases of the analysis, design, programming, implementation, and maintenance of technical projects; creates user
• documentation for the utilization of on-line systems, reports , procedures,  and training materials.
• Develop and support applications software for the company management information system.
• Code, test and troubleshoot programs utilizing the appropriate hardware, database, and programming technology. 
• Refine data and format final product. 
• Test and develop programming modifications. 
• Write new program code using prescribed specifications. 
• Evaluate simple interrelationships between programs such as whether a contemplated change in one part of a program would cause unwanted results in a related part. 
• Analyze performance of programs and take action to correct deficiencies based on consultation with users and approval of supervisor. 
• Confer with users to gain understanding of needed changes or modifications of existing programs. Resolve questions of program intent, data input, output requirements, and inclusion of internal checks and controls
  

Essential Requirements 

• Cambodian.  
• At least bachelor degree in IT from recognized university.  
• Minimum 1 years working experience in web development/programming.  
• Knowledge of PHP  
• Proficiently versed in the English Language is preferred.  
• Loyalty, honesty, persistence, and positive attitude.  
• Be able to learn new thing very quickly.
